All pieces are made in solid 925 sterling silver. All made to order pieces and customs can also be made in any weight and colour of solid gold.

How long will my order take?

Ready to ship: 3–5 business days.
Made to order: 4–6 weeks, depending on the workflow of the Shift.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are only available for faulty items.
Each piece is handmade — small variations are part of the work.

How do I find my ring size?

Visit a jeweller for an accurate measurement, or use a ring you already own as a guide. If you’re unsure, email the Front Desk for help. Ring sizers may be available for purchase.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes — custom work is available with a 50% deposit upfront and final payment before shipping. Contact to discuss availability.

How do I care for my silver jewellery?

Silver darkens naturally over time. A quick wipe with a polishing cloth will keep it clean. Avoid harsh chemicals and heavy impacts. See the Care Protocol page for more information.
